IMPORTANT – ALL CADETS – CODE OF CONDUCT
All returning cadets & transfer cadets must print, fill out and sign the Cadet Code of Conduct and return it to the Admin O by next Thursday (OCT 9)
Make sure it has a parent signature on it before returning it
IMPORTANT – ALL CADETS – ADDITIONAL MEDICAL FORMS
Please check your email to see if you require additional forms filled out for this year
These forms are crucial for participation in regular and extra activities
Attendance
Please note, we are taking attendance by flight now!
Fall into your flights at the beginning of the night and your flight commander will mark you present; remember, we now have three flights – if you do not know which flight you are in, please ask a senior cadet or come to the office
If you were absent for the last 3 weeks, come to the office at 1830h so we can place you to your new flight

Uniform Exchanges
If you need to exchange uniforms, please bring your outgrown uniforms on Thursday’s ONLY
Cadet365
We will be heavily relying on Cadet365 this year, please email 135air@cadets.gc.ca if you cannot access your account
NEW CADETS – you will be receiving an email with your activation soon
Starting this year, you will need C365 accounts to sign up to any activities like flying, FTXs, or sports
GROUND SCHOOL
If you are interested in going to ground school, please email 135air@cadets.gc.ca and melodie.fallah@cadets.gc.ca to express your intent to complete ground school
You must be 16 years old by the end of August to be able to apply
If you are taking ground school, you are intended to apply for Glider or Power this summer

If you are interested in band, please sign up here

Weekly Band Practices:
When: Mondays 1830-2100hrs
Where: HMCS Discovery Naval Reserve 1200 Stanley Park Dr, Vancouver, BC V6G 3E2
When: Tuesdays 1830-2100hrs
Where: Hoffmeister Building 1755 W 1st Ave, Vancouver, BC V6J 0G7
There will be two practices this year, however band members are expected to attend at least one of practices each week.

135 Bell-Irving RCACS meets Thursday nights from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM during the school year.
