Upcoming Dates
1. NEW PARENT MEETING
New Parent Information Night for all new cadet parents will be held on Oct 1st at Seaforth Armoury
Time: 1900h (7pm) – refreshments at 1830h (6:30pm)
2. PROMOTION EVALUATION WEEKEND
Oct 3-4 (Time TBD)
Lunch will be provided on both days
Dress: FTU’s - C1 Uniform for evaluation on Oct 3rd (you will change after)

Sgt and Above Candidates will receive a class that they will have to teach during the weekend.
Deadline to submit the form is Sept 27, 2026, at 11:59pm
3. CODE OF CONDUCTS AND ANNUAL VALIDATIONS
ALL returning cadets return their signed Cadet Code of Conduct and Annual Validations to the Admin O by next Thursday
Make sure it has a parent signature on it before returning it
New cadets do not need to do this – it was a part of your registration for this year
4. IMPORTANT – ALL CADETS – ATTENDANCE AND ABSENCES
Please note, we are taking attendance at opening parade in flights
Fall into your flight at the beginning of the night and a senior cadet will call out attendance. Remember we now have four flights, if you do not know which one you are in, ask a senior cadet or come to the office and ask.
If you arrive late/after attendance has been taken, please make your way to the office and speak to Admin so they can change the attendance to mark you present.
UNABLE TO ATTEND CADETS
If you are sick, or unable to attend cadets, please email 135air@cadets.gc.ca
In the email, please have the following information
Rank and full legal name
Reason for absence
Date you will be away
5. IF YOU ARE NOT RETURNING
If you are not returning to cadets, please reply to this email and let us know.
Return your uniform on the next Thursday to close out your cadet file
6. UNIFORM EXCHANGE
If your uniform no longer fits you, please bring the pieces that no longer fit to the supply for exchange. Exchanges can happen on ANY Thursday evening.
7. CADET365 – NEW CADETS
All new cadets will be sent a Cadet365 email to activate
PLEASE ACTIVATE your account ASAP – ALL communication is through MS TEAMS.
8. GROUND SCHOOL SIGN UP
If you are interested in attending and completing ground school this year, please fill out this form: Ground School Interest Form. – Fill out form
If you have any questions about ground school please find WO2 Fehr or Capt Tung for more information.

REGISTRATION IS OPEN FOR THE 2026-2027 TRAINING YEAR!
September 24th - New Recruit Registration Night
Time: 1900-2100h (once your registration is completed, you are free to leave)
Bring: Valid government ID, Health Care Card and Number, and a parent/guardian needs to be present, along with the new cadet, to sign the final paperwork.
Find street parking along the side streets and enter through the gate on W 1st Ave. Do not park in the parkade.

135 Bell-Irving RCACS meets Thursday nights from 6:30 PM to 9:30 PM during the school year.
